New Release and Book Review: THREE OF A KIND by Elizabeth Stevens

Three of a Kind
Elizabeth Stevens
Genre: YA/NA royal romance
Series: I'm No Princess; Part 3

One inadvisable kiss.
Three supposed suitors.
A whole bunch of totally untrue rumours.

My sister was always the pretty one. She was supposed to marry a prince. Until I came home, the media went into a ridiculous frenzy, and Lia’s no longer good enough for the job.

Marriage Watch is in full effect for the Crown Prince. And, rumours are swirling that I’m on the verge of marrying one of the princes. But, which one?

There’s only one I’d want. But, we fight more than we love and are totally incompatible. Plus, he’s meant to marry a future queen.

And, I’m barely a lady, let alone a princess.

The third in the I'm No Princess Novella Series. Please be aware that this story uses Australian English spelling and syntax.

4 stars.  I really enjoyed Three of a Kind and you definitely need to read parts 1 and 2 for this novella to make sense.  I thoroughly enjoyed this novella as the storyline is still engaging, the plot moves at a good pace, and the characters are entertaining and likable (except for the lovely Amanda!). Tati remains that fun, lovable character who is still trying to navigate the royal and upper class world and dealing with news stations theorizing which prince she is with.  The author does a great job of showing how she is starting to adapt, but also struggling with some of the fame. It was fun to see the dialogue between Tati and her 2 friends, Bea and Jenn, as it reminded me of being in high school and gossiping.  Dmitri {swoon} is more present in this book which I really enjoyed and Kostin has a few more scenes as well. I have a soft spot for the “robot” prince.  I still love/hate Amanda and all her snakiness and snootiness as she adds a bit of drama. I found Three of a Kind to be both romantic and humorous and I am looking forward to the next novella in the I’m No Princess series.  I received this book for free and I voluntarily leave this review.

About Elizabeth Stevens:

Writer. Reader. Perpetual student. Nerd.

I started out writing fantasy. But, I like to write anything, honestly. These days, I mainly stick to YA and there's always at least a sprinkling of romance, if not a 'whoops, I dropped the whole packet in'. Almost all my books are set in my home state of South Australia, either in real or fictional places - gotta write what you know - with Netherfieldbeing the only current exception.

Like most writers, I love to read. Although, time for reading at the moment is hard to come by. When I'm not too busy writing, I'm usually reading a number of authors.
