Let your homeless best friend stay with you, he said. Being roommates will be fun, he said. It's only temporary, he said.

He never said I'd fall for him.

The Roommate Agreement, all-new hilarious and romantic comedy from New York Times bestselling author Emma Hart is available now!

Blurb:
You know what isn't 'temporary?' The endless stream of dirty socks in my bathroom and empty food packets under the sofa—and don't even get me started on the hot guys who take over my living room every Sunday to watch sports.

I can't take anymore.

So I propose a roommate agreement. One that will bring peace and order back to my life, complete with rules that might just stop my newfound crush on my best friend in its tracks.
After all, there’s only so many times you can see your best friend naked before you start to lose your mind.

Rules. They're meant to be broken... Aren't they?

Review:

4 stars  Emma Hart does it again with this fun, entertaining romantic comedy!  As with all of her books, I find myself shaking with laughter at the banter between Jay and Shelby.  Jay, while super sweet, is the worst roommate ever.  The complete opposite of his best friend and author, Shelby.  She is organized and clean while Jay leaves his dirty socks in the shower (yuck!) and, perhaps that worst crime of all - eats all of her Oreos!  How can these two coexist together without Shelby killing him?  Hence, the roommate agreement! What happens though when these two start to develop feelings for each other? This book is told from a dual POV which I love because I enjoyed getting into the minds of both of these hilarious characters.  I also loved Jay’s Gram and their friends, Sean and Brie. This author always has the ability to create fun storylines with quirky characters and always leaves me laughing to the point of crying. The Roommate Agreement is a fast paced, humorous roommate / friends-to-lover romance with fun, likable, and well-developed characters.  I received this book for free.
